Anderson & Egan, Co. was formed in 2003 by Jennifer Anderson and Patrick Egan. Combined, the Anderson and Egan, Co. has more than 20 years of experience in Rockford and the surrounding Northern Illinois/Southern Wisconsin area.

Anderson and Egan, Co. specializes in real estate/property transaction services to the local market including Phase I and II investigations, underground storage tank management, and asbestos inspections.

Specifically, our services are broken into the following categories:

1. Real Estate/Property Transaction Services - Transaction Screens and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

2. Asbestos Services - Sampling of suspect building materials for demolition/renovation projects per NESHAPS requirements. Clearance air sampling and on-site analysis available for asbestos abatement projects.

3. Project Management - Phase II investigations, soil and groundwater investigations, remedial system construction, groundwater monitoring and construction management.
